Fellowship of Christian Magicians

We are extremely excited about the move back to Indiana. We have found an excellent venue that will accommodate our needs and provide a few extra perks. One of those perks is sure to be a family favorite... an Indoor Water park attached to the conference center. Lecture rooms and dealers area are located on the same floor and all activities are under one roof, except for the Steak and Shake located a quarter mile down the road. (That must be an Indiana thing.)

In the coming months we will be updating our confirmed performers and workshop leaders. Plus we have many surprises in store for all attending as our registration numbers increase. We believe that this is going to be one of the best conferences ever!

We also want to point out that there is a registration limit of 300 registrants.

Don't be alarmed...Yet!

This number only reflects the primary registrants. What does that mean? It means that the registration count does not include spouses and children.

Example:

Mike the Magician registers for the convention. When registering, he adds his wife, Clara the Clown. He also adds his children; Vicky the Ventriloquist, John the Juggler, Betty the Balloon Artist and little Frank the Face Painter. This family of 6 only counts as 1 Registrant in the system records.

So... why is this important? Two reasons.

1. The Hotel only has 300 rooms.

2. The ballroom where our evening program is held only has a seating capacity of 500.

The ballroom where our evening program is held only has a seating capacity of 500-525. To insure that everyone attending gets a seat, we have limited our registration to 300. Once that number has been met, we can check the total head count and open additional registration spots as we can accommodate.

As of August 30, we have 49 registrants. That number does not include 4 guests, 20 spouses and 13 children. The total number of attendees so far is 86. So don't be alarmed by the number but PLEASE reserve your spot now before all the available seating disappears.

Lodging

To reserve a room at the Caribbean Cove (temporarily going by the name Rodeway Inn) you need to call 1 (317) 872 9790 and ask to speak to Brandi Pate (Tuesday through Friday) Let her know that you are registering for the Fellowship of Christian Magicians Convention in June and she will assist you. Don't be transferred to their national reservation line as convention rates are being handled in house.  The FCM convention rate should be $79 a night.

The great thing about the location is there are many other hotels and lodging close by.  For instance, some members are staying at an Extended Stay America on Wesleyan Road and online they have a price of around $60 a night.
